(Kabul) -- The U.S. military is investigating a deadly shooting incident in Afghanistan involving four contractors employed by North Carolina-based Xe Services, formerly called Blackwater.
All four are accused of gunning down an Afghan man in the wake of a May 5th car crash.
The contractors have since been fired and are being held in Afghanistan pending the outcome of the military's investigation.
Xe Services lost its contract in Iraq this year following a bloody 2007 incident that left 17 Iraqi civilians dead.
